13 FISHING TICKLE STICK ICE ROD

Description:

The Tickle Stick has long been a staple in the 13 Fishing lineup, and this latest iteration reinforces its status as the industrys premier finesse tool. By "dosing" the original design with upgraded technical features, 13 Fishing has refined the Parallel Composite Construction (PC2) to provide even more precision. This rod is specifically engineered to solve the "rolling" issue common in round-tipped rods, ensuring that every ounce of energy is directed toward bite detection and hook-setting.

Key Features:

• PC2 (Parallel Composite Construction): Using linear fibers, 13 Fishing creates a completely flat tip. This geometry is a mechanical game-changer because it allows the tip to flex only on a vertical plane.
• Superior Strike Detection: The flat tip acts as a high-performance spring bobber, making it significantly easier to detect:
• Ascending Strikes ("Up-Bites"): When a fish swims up with the lure, the tip physically rises.
• Descending Strikes: Standard hits that pull the tip down.
• Anti-Roll Rigidity: Traditional round rods can "roll" or twist when under pressure, which can lead to missed hook-sets or line tangles. The Tickle Sticks flat design prevents this rotation, resulting in a more rigid, stable blank and "perfect" hook-sets.
• Modernized Tech Features: This version brings the "OG" design up to modern expectations, ensuring the blank remains crisp and responsive even in the most extreme sub-zero conditions.
