DAIWA Reel Windcast 5000 Spinning Reel

Description:

Standard model of cage/island long-distance casting reel equipped with Magseal
Equipped with Daiwa's waterproof and durable technology "Magseal", which has great merits in long-distance casting reels that require toughness. The air rotor provides comfortable rotation performance and improves winding efficiency when casting long distances. The spool uses a 35mm stroke aluminum spool that is well-known for its long-distance casting performance. By combining power and long-distance casting performance, it can be used for a wide range of targets that can be targeted with cage/island casting. Equipped with air bail, cross wrap, and thread drop prevention function, it is also strengthened against line trouble. The handle is 85mm specification considering the ease of winding when casting long distances. The 4000QD and 6000QD are models equipped with a quick drag that is convenient when you are fishing with a rod that is left in place and you are expecting a big fish unexpectedly. The drag function allows you to loosen and tighten it by turning the drag knob about once, so you can loosen the drag until it is hooked and tighten it quickly after it is hooked, so you don't have to wait for the exchange.
