The wings are designed to create a slow action of a weakened baitfish struggling on the surface of the water, but rather than thinking of them as wings, imagine several baitfish entangled together! Not only can it be used to create a struggling action by shaking, but it can also be used to create a flapping action by simply reeling it in. You can stop it, shake it, or reel it in. It is a top water plug that can be used to lure in any way. [RESERVE] TKM-16-02-08 SRS-244571527862618
