Hareline Fly Tyers Thread / Spool Stash Box

Description:

What it is

The Hareline Fly Tyers Thread / Spool Stash Box is a plastic carrying case built to organize tying spools. Inside are circular dividers that create 40 circular slots, so thread, wire, or tinsel spools stay separated and dont tangle when you travel or toss it in a bag.

What to tie with it

This isnt a tying material on the hook; its bench organization for anything you run through a bobbin or keep on a small spool. Use it to keep your thread spools grouped by size or type, and to keep wire and tinsel spools easy to grab without unwinding or crossing over each other.

Flies and the fish they're for

Because its storage, it doesnt show up in a specific pattern recipe, but it supports the tying you do for everything from trout flies to warmwater and saltwater patterns. Having your thread, wire, and tinsel spools organized and tangle-free means you can move quickly between small trout dries and nymphs, then over to bass and redfish streamers without digging through a pile of loose spools.

How it compares

Compared to Thread Spool Stash Tubes, this box is more compact and gives faster access to spools. Tubes can store non-spooled materials, but you often have to remove the spools in front to get to the one you want, while the box keeps each spool in its own slot for quicker grabbing.
