Hareline Kopter ULTIMATE Slant Point Tweezers

Description:

What it is

Hareline Kopter ULTIMATE Slant Point Tweezers are slant-point tweezers made from AISI tempered stainless steel. The flat, slanted tip gives you precision control on small materials, and the stainless build is corrosion resistant and durable at a wet, messy tying bench.

What to tie with it

Use them to remove unwanted fibers and barbs cleanly without tearing up the rest of the fly. The slanted tip is also handy for flattening and shaping feather stems, and for making fine adjustments when youre placing or squeezing delicate materials into position.

Flies and the fish they're for

These tweezers dont belong to one pattern; theyre a bench tool that shows up across trout, bass, and saltwater tying whenever you need to pick out a stray fiber, pull a barb, or pinch a feather stem into shape. Theyre just as useful cleaning up hackle and feather work on trout flies as they are doing small, careful tweaks on baitfish and shrimp-style patterns for species like smallmouth, stripers, and redfish.
