First, the hook, which can be said to be the skeleton of the jig, has the ideal shape and size, and the power to withstand full-power hooking. We designed a flat Teflon-coated custom hook that combines sharp penetration to handle unexpected bites. The head shape was thoroughly verified for its cover penetration power, slip-through ability, and posture at the bottom. By repeatedly testing hand-carved samples, we completed the ideal head for a cover jig. And we set an original rubber with specified thickness and hardness to achieve the best flare and volume to attract fish. In order to avoid obstacles while ensuring a hookup, the brush guard is set to the best balance for each weight, and all components are carefully selected to achieve the best balance. TKM-16-02-05
