First, the hook, which can be said to be the skeleton of the jig, has the ideal shape and size, and the power to withstand full-power hooking. We designed a flat Teflon-coated custom hook that combines sharp penetration to handle unexpected bites. The head shape was thoroughly verified for its cover penetration power, slip-through ability, and posture at the bottom. By repeatedly testing hand-carved samples, we completed the ideal head for a cover jig that is almost conceivable. Then, we set an original rubber with specified thickness and hardness to achieve the best flare and volume to attract fish. We have paid particular attention to all the components, such as the brush guard, which is set to the best balance for each weight to avoid obstacles and ensure a hook-up, to create the best balance that you can be satisfied with.
