Sage Enforcer Reel

Description:

This is for the saltwater angler who wants a reel that leans hard into drag and line capacity, not light weight or trout finesse. Sage positions the Enforcer for flats and other heavy-duty work, with drag numbers that scale quickly by size.

The 78wt is listed at 8 lbs of drag at the arbor and 200 yards of 20 lb backing, with Sage calling out double-digit bonefish plus redfish and stripers. The 910wt steps to 15 lbs and 200 yards of 30 lb, adding permit and tarpon to that mix. The 1112wt is 17 lbs with 300 yards of 30 lb, aimed at triple-digit tarpon, GT, and roosterfish. Sage also notes a radius-cornered reel foot and 50% more drag than the Spectrum family.
