Scientific Anglers Amplitude Sonar Saltwater Intermediate Fly Line

Description:

Scientific Anglers Amplitude Sonar Saltwater Intermediate is a slow-sinking, weight-forward saltwater fly line with a clear head for subsurface presentations. Scientific Anglers rates it at 1.25 ips and lists it for tropical climates, which suits warm-water saltwater fishing when you want the fly under the surface without jumping to a faster sink rate.

The range runs WF7I through WF12I. Total length stays 105.0 / 32,0m. Head length is 38.0 / 11,6m in WF7IWF9I and steps up to 41.0 / 12,5m starting at WF10I. Head weights and grain weights increase with line size, from 215gr / 13,9g (200gr / 13,0g grain) in WF7I upward.
