Description:
The Smartwool Women's Intraknit Thermal Merino Alpine Pullover is a premium, heavy-duty performance midlayer engineered to provide winter athletes and alpine explorers with rapid thermal adaptation and ultimate environment protection in sub-zero conditions. Moving away from standard, uncalibrated long-sleeve tops that bunch under outerwear, trap cold sweat against the skin, or restrict your range of motion during technical maneuvers, this advanced 3D-knit system organizes your microclimate in a sleek, body-hugging profile. Built specifically for demanding ski descents, backcountry snowboarding lines, and high-intensity cold-weather mountaineering, it delivers the ultimate combination of seam-free durability, shift-safe security, and streamlined convenience to keep your performance cadence primed for action.
Key Features:
- Revolutionary 3D-Knit Merino Core: Form-engineered with an advanced 3D mapping process that seamlessly blends responsibly sourced Merino wool with durable performance yarns, providing targeted warmth and thickness while cutting down on overall garment weight.
- Gender-Specific Ventilation & Insulation Geometry: Fabricated with integrated mesh structures knit directly into high-heat zones alongside specialized dense knit structures over high-chill zones, maximizing continuous airflow and moisture wicking where you sweat while retaining heat where you need it most.
- Articulated Slim-Fit Flex Construction: Outfitted with structural ribbed panels and specialized flex zones across the elbows and shoulders, ensuring the pullover moves effortlessly with your body's natural motions while remaining perfectly flat under heavy outerwear layers or backpack straps.
