High strength and high abrasion resistance means this is the perfect material to use to attach hooks to jigs and poppers. Kevlar fibres are used for maximum durability when toothy critters such as as wahoo and mackerel are common - so this cord is a popular choice when jigging dogtooth. Varivas Assist cord is also used as short bite leader (about 30cm long) in places where monster GT are likely. Available in five strengths, in 20m rolls.
"
